Our multi-director/producer team handled this international production from day one to picture lock. We were honored to have been invited along on Tom’s journey to the 2023 World Dwarf Games and his quest for gold.

Writer/ Director/ Producer

Max Heimberger is an independent filmmaker based in Brooklyn, NY.

Max focuses on real-world stories with flawed but relatable characters.
He draws inspiration from a life knowing loss and love, and from the dizzying pursuit of truth and understanding. He is currently working on the post production of a black comedy short entitled “Haha…not funny.”

When not writing or directing, Max can be found battling existential dread
or waxing poetic about reality TV and other modern absurdities with his partner, Carly.

Whether in documentary, branded or narrative work, his focus is on creating images that feel freshly familiar and considered.
